Emmanuel was born July 14, 2011 in Kawilizhi. His father, who he did not live with, died in April. Emmanuel lived with his mother and his many half-siblings in a very difficult situation. The family requested that we take him into New Day care due to their inability to provide for him, and he came to us extremely malnourished for his age.
Emmanuel arrived at New Day in May of 2016.
