Axer was born April 18, 2008 in Chikanta, Zambia. Her mother died when she was 3 years old, and her father, who she never lived with, has another family somewhere in Zambia. Her uncle agreed to care for her older brother but could not care for her or her older sister, Kelitah, so he brought them to New Day.
Axer arrived at New Day in August of 2011. She learned English very quickly and is very intelligent. She enjoys using a slang, American accent to make people laugh. She is also an amazing artist!
