Loveness Shikaumbu was born on May 5th, 1963 in Namwala, but she was raised in Lusaka. Loveness is a widow who has raised four sons of her own and helped to raise seven granddaughters!
Loveness accepted Christ as her Savior in 2000 under the discipleship of Wes & Laurie Wilcox. She was baptized by Wes that same year and had been living in Mazabuka since that time, attending the Baptist Church there.
Mama Loveness joined the New Day family in February of 2015 as the housemother of our Luyando House. She has a full house of our “middle” girls and she spends her free time teaching the girls to knit and crochet.
